WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Items are “made to order”, so it takes 2-4 business days to ship an order. As soon as an order ships you will receive email confirmation with tracking information to the email address you entered on the order.

 

I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY TRACKING #, WHERE DO I GET MINE?

Please send us an email with your Name & Order # and via our Contact Page.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (USA)

You are expected to receive your order 4-5 business days from the date it is shipped out.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? (INTERNATIONAL)

Estimated arrival time for international delivery is between 3-4 weeks from the date it is shipped out. Be aware that customs policies of the country you are shipping to may affect the arrival date of the package.

 

IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH TRACKING

Sorry about that but we cannot control updates from the shipping company. In a few cases, carriers take 1-2 business days to register shipment status. If a tracking number is not updating or working at all, please contact us as soon as you can.
